dont you love how a lot of people are talking about going in to the track session?
well i know that the session doesn't start in about 2 months but everyone is talking about it and it makes me always want to run. it makes me feel in the session. do you people like it or not?and what events are you entering and what are your PR times for you events or event.
mine are the 3200m (10:43), 1600m (4:55), and the long jump witch is 15 feet 4 inch's.
I actually think all the talk is getting to be kind of an annoyance, but, always wanting to better myself and always interested in seeing other people's times, I always kind of get attracted to those yahoo questions. For indoor track (P.S. doesn't your school have an indoor track team??), I run the 300m at 45sec. (If you know the 300m dash, you know that I have to get better quickly)
