EXCEL HELP...part one!?
I have created a purchase order form in excel which has a simple formula ( qty. x unit cost with line items and a grand total). I have two issues...1). I want to add a "Submit" button so that when click the form is emailed to the purchasing department 2). I want to only see the form, however, I can see an endless spread sheet if I scroll...I have removed gridlines, and am in page layout, as well as set the print area, but if someone else in our company of (8,000) employee's opens this and accidentally scrolls, they will get confused seeing all the white areas.
I tried putting the excel into Word, however, the formula doesn't work when I do that. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I would consider myself an "intermediate" level user of excel and word.
OH BTW: I am using Excel 2004 for MAC
If preventing scrolling would solve your problem, then try inserting the following code where indicated:

That is actually overkill for some situations. If your workbook only has one worksheet or you want to prevent scrolling on all worksheets then you can just use:

ActiveWindow.Display HorizontalScrollBar = False
ActiveWindow.Display VerticalScrollBar = False
End Sub
(Single spaces after the words Display were inserted for readability and need to be removed.)
